Thank you for joining the HealthQuest path for an
unforgettable adventure experience! There are two ways to sign-up for a
HealthQuest adventure retreat:
I.) Sign-up Online With Paypal
You may pay online for any class by clicking the "Pay Now"
button (see below).

Use your Paypal account to
pay by credit card, echeck or from your Paypal account. If you don't have a
Paypal account, it's fast and easy to set one up. Paypal payments are fast and
secure.

Once you’ve paid online, you will need to complete your registration form and
mail it to us. If you sign up for a Trail Race, you do not need to register if
you pay with Paypal. All other events will require the registration form.
II.) Sign-up by Mail
If you prefer to pay by check, you may complete your
registration form (click
here for registration form) and mail it along with your payment. For classes under $100,
please mail the full payment. For longer classes and workshops, you may secure
your reservation by mailing us your $100 non-refundable deposit to:

Payment Schedule
If you pay online, you’re all set! Otherwise your $100
deposit is due at the time of enrollment. The balance is due 60 days prior to
the starting date of the course. For local clinics or courses that start in
less than 60 days the full amount is due with the registration form.

Cancellations
Our cancellation/refund policy is based on our investment
in staff time, course planning, park and lodging reservations, and food and
equipment purchased prior to the course. The course tuition does include the
$100 non-refundable deposit. If cancellations are made within 60 days and
outside 30 days of the trip monies will be refundable less the $100 deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip are nonrefundable. However, the
amount (less the $100 deposit) may be transferred to another trip reserved
within one year.

We understand that plans change without a warning, which is
why we recommend securing your adventure investment by purchasing trip
insurance:
